Susan Garlick - July 24, 2025: Traveling The Holy Land - Susan Garlick, Pastor for the Paonia Methodist Church, presented a travelog of a recent journey to the Holy Land in the Mid East. She visited places like Bethlehem, Gethsemane, Jerusalem and other places dating back to the 1500’s. Places you may have read about in the Bible. There were also many modern buildings, schools and churches designed by contemporary architects and built in recent years. Conflict between peoples due to differences in race, religion, economics and other factors was apparent and sometimes dangerous. |
