Kaye Howe - March 06, 2025: The Rocky Mountain Farmers Union - Kaye Howe from the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union conducted an interactive session with Rotary members about raising families on a farm with the complexities of today’s lifestyle. Rotarians made suggestions learned from past experiences in other communities about dealing with these issues. Ideas were offered about balancing farm work with the needs of children to interact with education and social activities. Then as life progresses, ownership transitions from generation to generation consistent with the economic conditions of our times. |
