Joy Kaufman - May 8, 2025: Farm Stew in Zambia - Club member and Farm Stew executive director Joy Kaufman shared her recent experiences in Zambia and reported on how Farm Stew is improving life for the people in that area. She repeated the Farm Stew recipe for abundant living which includes Farming, Attitude, Rest, Meals, Sanitation, Temperance, Enterprise and Water. Then concluded with advice on how we could “nourish our gut” with plant-based foods.
