Elizabeth Yaari - June19, 2025: Night Owl Food Forest - Elizabeth Yaari spoke to Rotary club members about her experimental Night Owl Food Forest. She owns a semi-arid acreage in the North Fork where she manages the available irrigation water in a sound environmental manner. Her concept is to slow sink and spread water such that it can maximize its availability to the trees, plants, animals and birds thriving on the property. The focus is to create bounty with as little water as possible. |
