Derek Udy - March 19, 2026 - Blue Raven Wellness - Derek Udy of Blue Raven Wellness spoke to Rotary members this week about following your breath. He pointed out that we breath for energy and that we should breathe through the nose. Then gave a brief demonstration followed by a group practice session on proper breathing. He urged the group to spend 20 minutes 2x each day practicing this technique. Learn to sooth the body through the nervous system through proper breathing. |
